I am Glenn, owner, sales, service and installation at OMS, I can Professionally maintain, repair and replace all residential and light commercial equipment. I have been in the industry since 1996 and have worked on a wide variety of HVAC equipment while leading other companys service departments. I am focused on my customers with their homes treated as my own while work is being proformed, and customer service and satisfaction is my main priority. I am Licenced and insured for your protection. I use a flat rate billing schedule so my prices can be given up front when repairs are determined, and as a small professional Hvac company my prices are compettive. Workmanship on installs is above average to excelent depending on your desired level of custom installation. I will work all over the front range, I operate out of Parker, CO, south metro denver and douglas county are my local areas, for a higher service call rate I will go nearly anywhere Call for details on price. Our flat rate repairs are national average pricing. I can Accept cash, check or credit card, ordering a diaognostic trip may require a credit card number if you are out of the local area. Repairs will be quoted at time of service up front and payment is expected at time of service. I am a new small buisness and do require 1/2 down to order equipment, and payment balance will be due on completion of work ordered. I look forward to helping with all your home comfort needs.
